The official soundtrack for LIMITLESS: The Dr. Chester Pierce Story is now available on all major music streaming platforms, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the powerful music behind one of this year’s most celebrated documentary films.
Composed by Los Angeles-based composer and songwriter Bryard Huggins, the original score marks his first feature film soundtrack and serves as the emotional foundation of the documentary. Through a blend of orchestral and contemporary influences, Huggins’ music captures the resilience, brilliance, and humanity of Dr. Chester Pierce, the pioneering psychiatrist, educator, athlete, and civil rights advocate whose extraordinary life continues to inspire generations.
Adding to an already remarkable year, Bryard Huggins has also been nominated for a Hollywood Independent Music (HIMA) Award for his original song “As Dreamers Do,” written and produced for the award-winning short film WAKING, directed by his brother Jaran Huggins. The nomination recognizes Bryard’s growing impact as a composer, songwriter, and producer further highlighting his ability to create deeply emotional music that resonates across film and audiences.
“Scoring LIMITLESS was an incredible honor,” says Huggins. “I strived to create an emotional backdrop for the audience where the music transports them into the spaces where Dr. Pierce was in his life: the highs, the lows, the wins, the losses. The soundtrack is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Bryard and many talented musicians and artists. The score also features additional compositions by Jahan Raymond, while the soundtrack exclusive bonus track, “Stand Strong,” showcases the talents of Sons of Serendip: Micah Christian and Cordaro Rodriguez, whose songwriting, production, and inspiring performance create a memorable musical finale.
Closing the album is “Against All Odds,” featuring an unforgettable vocal performance by John Riesen, a fitting conclusion to a story defined by perseverance, excellence, and hope.
The production team also extends its gratitude to Jaran Huggins and Yadeal Asfaw for their creative insight and support, award-winning composer Dara Taylor and Jonathan Thomas Maiocco for their early guidance during the scoring process, and Aidan McLain for expertly mastering the soundtrack.
