I had an unforgettable time at the Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival!

It was a pleasure meeting co-founder Stephanie Rance and connecting with so many incredible creatives and changemakers.

From watching the documentary Seen and Heard to hearing Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson live, to seeing the inspiring work of Tracy Ellis Ross, every moment was a reminder of the impact of storytelling.

Honored to witness the history and elegance of Oak Bluffs, highlighted in the @RalphLauren campaign featuring Spelman and Morehouse, and to meet:

• Yola Mzizi, reporter for the New York Times Styles section
• James M. Jeter and his mother, with James serving as Creative Director, Design & Brand Direction for Men’s Polo at Ralph Lauren
• Cole Brown, documentarian (A Portrait of the American Dream – Oak Bluffs)
