Participating in the 2025 Harvard Business School program Advancing Women of Color in Leadership was nothing short of transformative.

To be among 81 dynamic women leaders, representing 16 countries and 78 companies, was both humbling and empowering.

Under the brilliant guidance of Professor Linda Hill, along with Professors Tony Mayo, Lakshmi Ramarajan, and Ting Zhang, I was stretched in ways that will shape how I lead, serve, and show up.

Grateful for the insights shared by guest leaders Rosalind Fox, Taran Swan, Jackie Hu, and Deepa Purushothaman — each voice added depth to our collective journey.
